Evoke Communications said it is working with eBay to provide a Web-based version of the "eBay University" training program. eBay University traditionally travels from city to city across the country to teach people face-to-face how to buy and sell on its Web site. With Evoke Collaboration technology, eBay will deliver Web-based training sessions that allow online customers to interact and use collaborative features such as Web touring and text chat.
