Citing lack of renewed funding, Price Radar told AuctionBytes.com that it has ceased operations. PriceRadar started in 1999 as an auction pricing tool. Users could go to the Price Radar site and search the major auctions sites to find market prices and trends.
"Twenty companies had signed up for the B2B2C direction we were headed in," CEO Steve Elefant stated, saying he was disappointed at the current funding conditions. This is the second auction search service to shut its doors in the past two weeks. Bidder's Edge ceased operations on February 21st.
