Diebenkorn Painting Followup: Three Charged with Shill Bidding on eBay

Three men were charged Thursday with shill bidding, including one auction in which a legitimate Dutch user bid $135,000 for a fake Richard Diebenkorn painting. This may be the first criminal case to result from alleged shill bidding online. (Associated Press 3/8/01)
