PayPal will cancel all unclaimed payments after 30 days and will return the funds to the sender's account. This includes, but is not limited to:
- payments that have been held for the recipient to accept or deny;
- payments where the recipient has not yet signed up for the service;
- payments where the recipient has reached his credit card receiving limit.
PayPal will send a warning email to both parties before cancelling the transaction.
