Reading AuctionBytes: PayPal Adjusts Fee Structure
PayPal is adjusting its fee structure for for payments received by Business and Premier accounts. A single variable rate of 2.2% will apply to payments over $15, in addition to a flat fee of 30¢ on all transactions. The $5 maximum fee will continue to apply to eCheck payments. The change goes into effect April 19, 2001.
