The May issue of Consumer Reports contains ratings of 13 auction sites and will be available for sale on April 17th. Note: This may not be so helpful for people already familiar with auction sites: the press release proclaims that Consumer Reports "found that eBay towers over its competition in terms of audience reach and merchandise depth with 22 million registered users and 5 million daily auctions." Most of us have figured that out. I'll pick up a copy and let you know if it's useful. And don't forget, many public libraries subscribe to this magazine.
