EBay will be banning historical items associated with Nazi Germany, hate groups and murderers from being sold at its Web site. In a statement, eBay said that it already has policies in place that prohibit most hate-related items from groups such as the Nazis and Ku Klux Klan. eBay had allowed the sale of related goods if they were at least 50 years old. The new policy takes effect on May 17.
