Visitors to iBazar.fr French auction site will be able to find products using LookThatUp's new image-based search technologies. Users will be able to visually search through more than 200,000 images representing items that are up for auction. iBazar is introducing a series of image-based tools developed by LookThatUp for the site in France http://www.ibazar.fr. The first is a "find similar" button, which links photos of items to visually similar items, enabling users to browse iBazar's auction listings more thoroughly and intuitively. On February 22, 2001, eBay agreed to acquire iBazar.
