UsedBookCentral.com is an online used-book dealer network that recently launched in response to Amazon.com. Amazon owns Bibliofind and took over its activities this Spring. Used book dealers have reportedly been complaining about added costs and complexity of the Amazon system. UsedBookCentral.com is open to all U.S.-based dealers, and hopes to open the service to dealers worldwide by September. Dealers must possess a valid vendors license It costs a flat monthly fee of $35 to list up to 25,000 titles on UsedBookCentral.com. http://www.usedbookcentral.com
