UPS acquired the assets of its Stamps.com's iShip multi-carrier shipping service. The transaction is part of Stamps.com's strategy to focus on its core mailing and shipping services for small business and home offices. In April, Stamps.com acquired the name and postage-related patents and trademarks of former competitor E-Stamp Corporation. http://www.ups.com http://www.stamps.com
