EBay announced changes to their Non-Paying Bidder program in an effort to tighten NPB policy and make the process easier. Under the new policy, non-paying bidders with 4 unique warnings (rather than the previous 4) will be suspended indefinitely. In addition, sellers will now have the option to add Non-Paying Bidderss to the Blocked Bidder list after they have completed the on-line final value fee credit request. A sub navigation Bar will be added to each NPB related page to guide members through the program. Sellers will also be able obtain final value fee credit without a 10-day waiting period if the NPB is no longer registered on eBay.
