eBay Backpedals on Pricing Stance

eBay, which refuted AuctionBytes' study showing that collectibles prices had declined on its site, now acknowledges that prices are down. One newsletter reported eBay spokesperson Kevin Pursglove as saying that a rapid increase in the number of antiques and collectibles auctioned on eBay is a contributing factor to the drop in average prices reached.
