According to a story by Michael R. Tomkins of The Imaging Resource, Pantellic Software has officially announced the acquisition of PhotoPoint.com. (Also see July 16th Wall Street Journal story for interesting background.) PhotoPoint was rumored to have closed down when it was inaccessible for nearly 5 days recently.
