AT&T said its Worldnet Internet service is inaccessible to some Florida users. A technical support person said the problem is network-related and affects Pensacola and Miami. He does not know when the problem will be resolved. His only solution was to use the 800 number, which costs 10 cents/minute: 800-543-3279. Users can call 800-400-1447 and search for a local access number; but he said Miami & Pensacola only have one number. Unhappy users can write to AT&T Worldnet, Customer Relations Manager, PO Box 159, Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922-0159.
