By Ina Steiner

Mitsubishi Electric Automation Inc. (MEAU) has become the first global supplier of factory automation products to offer surplus inventory on eBay. MEAU said it is offering exceptional deals on first-quality automation and motion control products, with all items carrying the manufacturer's 12-month warranty and backed by Mitsubishi Electric's worldwide support network. Mitsubishi Electric's auction offerings include variable frequency drives (VFD), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and programmable logic controllers (PLC). Plans to add servo motors and industrial sewing machines to the list are in the works. MEAU lists its auctions under the eBay user ID "mitsubishiautomation." http://members.ebay.com/aboutme/mitsubishiautomation
