Small Businesses Confused over Internet Taxes

A survey conducted for the National Federal of Independent Business by the Gallup Organization indicates that the ongoing debate over Internet taxes leaves small businesses confused about their legal obligations to state and local governments. With more than 7,100 different and often conflicting tax jurisdictions, collecting and disbursing sales taxes online has proven a difficult task for many businesses, particularly smaller enterprises. http://www.newsbytes.com/news/01/169483.html
