eBay said it will soon offer eBay advertising packages to its Power Sellers in cooperation with AdVariant, an online advertising application from Amazing Media. Sellers will have the option of displaying their ads throughout the eBay site or on specific category pages. The banner ads will link to the individual Power Seller's eBay Store or About Me page. While this advertising package will only available to Power Sellers, eBay says it may expand the service in the future to include all sellers who meet certain minimum criteria.
