Bid4Assets, a full-service asset disposition and advisory services company, announced that it will auction the arena scoreboard that was used in the 1996 Olympic Games for the state of Georgia. The online auction will be held through Sept. 20 on the Bid4Assets Web site. The scoreboard was originally built for the Georgia World Congress Center in
1992. Since that time, the scoreboard has been used for SEC and ACC basketball championship games, the 1996 summer Olympics in Atlanta and the 1998-99 Atlanta Hawks basketball games. The four-sided basketball scoreboard is approximately 12' square. It displays game time, team names, scores, period and five player numbers with game stats for each player. http://www.bid4assets.com
