Changes to eBay's Web site have apparently caused problems with PayPal's Automatic Daily Update feature. As a result, PayPal is unable to update users' auction logos. In an email sent to its users Paypal stated that when their system failed to update logos, it may have "inadvertently sent you an email stating that your eBay user ID and password were denied as invalid by eBay, which is incorrect."
PayPal expects a resolution within the next 24 to 48 hours, but in the meantime, recommends manually inserting logos by cutting and pasting the HTML provided by PayPal on their Web site. http://www.paypal.com
