FORTUNE announced its third annual ranking of the richest young Americans, "America's Forty Richest Under Forty." Pierre Omidyar, 34, Chairman and Founder of eBay, came in at No. 2 with $4.39 billion. eBay Vice President Jeff Skoll, 36, came in at No. 3 is with $2.63 billion.
