ePier will institute final value fees (FVF) beginning September 17th, but it will continue to have a no-insertion fee policy. For Premium Services and Storefronts subscribers, the first $9.95 in final value fees each month will be waived. The fee structure is as follows: $0.01-$25: 2.5%, $25-$1,000: 1.5%, $1,000+: .5%, see the Web site for more details. http://www.epier.com/pricing.asp
