AuctionWorks says it is among the first companies to implement eBay's API. "Our access to the eBay API servers will minimize any disruptions due to eBay changes. The speed increase and better reliability is a great advantage for our members," according to AuctionWorks Chief Technology Officer Jerry Ablan. AuctionWorks users can now easily launch inventory to their eBay store, providing an additional sales venue. In addition to launching to eBay stores, Auctionworks will continue to support its own e-commerce-enabled StoreFronts at http://www.auctionworks.com/store/allStores.asp
It's worth noting that on September 12, Auctionworks pledged to donate all revenue generated on September 11 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. http://www.auctionworks.com
