Market research firm Forrester has some advice for people and employers who are dealing with the 9-11 tragedy of last week. One piece of advice we should all pay careful attention to: "Take care of yourself. Don't neglect yourself. Get sleep, get exercise, and make your own time for communing and reflection. It's a long-distance run, not a sprint. Conserve your energy." The advice comes from George F. Colony, Chairman, CEO, and President, Forrester, who gleans the advice from his own experience in dealing with loss. http://www.forrester.com/ER/Marketing/0,1503,243,00.html
