The Valpak Web site, which it says is the largest local coupon site on the Internet with membership of more than 700,000, will feature a link to "Auction for America" on eBay, and will send an email announcement to all registered Valpak. com members. Val-Pak's mailings provide consumers with discounted offers for products and services from a variety of advertisers.
