People are trying to sell their old Windows operating software to make way for the new Windows XP operating system due out next month. But they may be unaware that Microsoft prohibits the sale of its licensed software. eBay's VeRo (Verified Rights Owner) Program is helping Microsoft and other companies remove offending auctions from its site.
