Carnaby Opens Stores

Auction site Carnaby has opened Carnaby Stores, a fixed-price marketplace. It is offering sellers a free trial period until January 1, 2002. During this period, sellers will not be charged any store monthly maintenance fees or the 5-cents listing fee for fixed price items. Carnaby also announced that booksellers who keep their inventory in UIEE format can bring their inventory directly into Carnaby.
