Sales OnLine Direct launched a new Web-based auction-management program called Auction Inc Pro (AI Pro). AI Pro is made up of three integrated components: a shipping and sales tax calculator; an auction-order processing storefront module; and customer relation management (CRM) module. Sales OnLine Direct is owned by the Rotman family, which has engaged in the business of buying, warehousing, distributing, marketing and selling collectibles and memorabilia since 1977. The company said that its AI Pro auction management software has increased productivity for the Rotman Auction Division by more than 50% and reduced costs by over 30%. The company is accepting registrations for a limited beta program.
