Spicology Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Leftbid.com, Inc. in a deal valued at over $20 million in stock. Leftbid's online and live Webcast auctions, which allow bidders to bid in real time, have been held in conjunction with leading auction houses such as Kruse Auctioneers (a subsidiary of e-bay), Samuel T. Freeman & Co., Guernsey's Auctioneers, Network Oil, The Auction (Imperial Palace, Las Vegas), RM Auctions, and Richard Hatch & Associates. Spicology will seek to expand Leftbid's operations, placing an emphasis on acquiring live auction companies with a focus on industrial and business goods. http://www.leftbid.com
