BargainAndHaggle Announces Fee Increase

BargainAndHaggle, a "negotiated commerce" site, will raise transaction fees effective December 6, 2001. The fee is a percentage of the final sales price, with a base of $1.25 for all items up to $24.99 and a sliding-scale percentage thereafter. The site charges no fees to list items. http://www.bargainandhaggle.com
