Customers of Excite@Home high-speed Internet access were left high-and-dry this weekend as complex negotiations take place between cable companies and the service provider. According to ZDNet, nearly 1 million subscribers to Excite@Home's cable-modem service lost their high-speed Internet connections on Saturday. http://www.zdnet.com/zdnn/stories/news/0,4586,5100201,00.html
