Jay Sinha, an assistant marketing professor at Temple University, thinks eBay's rapid expansion and move into B2B (business-to-business) will hurt it. Its core customers "are turned off by too much commercialism," said Sinha, quoted yesterday in the Philadelphia Inquirer.
