BidBay, which was sued by eBay last July for copying eBay's look and feel, redesigned its logo on Monday. A representative said, "We felt that it was time for a change and decided to professionalize our image." Back in August, BidBay told us that BidBay would defend its trademark in the litigation with eBay. "In all honesty we do not feel they have a case against us," they stated. The eBay trademark infringement suit also decried the use of "bay" in the BidBay name. Ironically, BidBay owner George Tannous had purchased the domain name "BidBay.com" from an eBay auction. http://www.bidbay.com
