PayPal announced that members will be able to refund all payments received by their PayPal account. This is important because members do not have a choice about accepting payments into their accounts. Now, there will be a refund button that will remain available for the first five days after a payment is sent. If the transaction is refunded, all transaction fees will be refunded and the payment will be reversed.
PayPal also announced a change in policy. Effective 1/31/2002, the Sending Limit for Unverified accounts will be raised from $1,000 to $2,000. http://www.paypal.com
