AuctionHelper, an auction management software company, announced an agreement with eBay in which AuctionHelper will enroll in eBay's Developers Program, giving it access to eBay's API (Application Programming Interface) tools. eBay's Developers Program provides the knowledge and tools developers need to create applications compatible with eBay's technology.
