Bellamax Launches Digital Photo Enhancement Service

Bellamax Inc. announced the launch of a first-of-its-kind digital photo enhancement service. The service promises to dramatically improve the quality of digital photographs. Users simply gather photos taken with a digital camera or scanner in a JPEG format, send them to Bellamax, and using their technology, Bellamax will enhance the photographs to their maximum level of quality. The service addresses all the common consumer photography problems including red eye, exposure, color, saturation, composition, sharpness and noise.
The company is initially targeting the service at photos that have special meaning to consumers, but the company has plans to target other markets, including online auctions, classifieds and personal ads.
Enhancements are priced at $2.99 each and are promptly returned. In comparison, photo retailers can charge $50 or more for such work and require long turnaround times. New users get their first enhancement is free.
