Online auction site BidBay, which changed its name to AuctionDiner after eBay sued it for trademark infringement, may be changing its name again. A post on its boards last week from CEO George Tannous told members that AuctionDiner would be changing its name to Bidway.com, while AuctionDiner would be the name of the parent company. In addition, the posting said that AuctionDiner would also introduce two new divisions, "Myretailstore.com" and "Netshareinternational.com." On March 1, BidBay changed its name to AuctionDiner and launched another service called Multi Level Auctions (MLA).
