DoveBid Inc., a global provider of capital asset auction and valuation services, has signed an auction agreement with R.R. Donnelley. DoveBid will sell surplus assets from R.R. Donnelley's continuing manufacturing operations. R.R. Donnelley provides integrated communications services including printing, premedia, digital photography and logistics.
The R.R. Donnelley Webcast auction will take place on Sept. 18, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. ET in Berea, Ohio. The auction will feature print and bind equipment including a Perfector web press line, web and sheet fed presses, gravure proof press, cylinder and roll plating and handling equipment, post and pre-press equipment, and twelve binding lines and bindery equipment.
