Alliance Allows PFSweb Clients to Put Their Brands on eBay

PFSweb Inc., a provider of business process outsourcing solutions, announced an alliance with eBay in which PFSweb clients will be able to utilize eBay as a distribution channel.

PFSweb is an outsource solution for the creation and management of product logistics. The company provides a comprehensive suite of solutions, including order management, e-marketplace logistics, managed hosting, Web creative development and enabled customer contact systems and postponed manufacturing. Clients include Dell, IBM, Lancome, NokiaUSA.com, Pharmacia&Upjohn, RCA.com, Smithsonian Institution, the U.S. Mint and Xerox.

"This integration with eBay will enable many of our brand name clients to gain access to eBay's community of more than 50 million registered users worldwide who now utilize the most popular shopping site on the Internet," said Steven S. Graham, Senior Partner and Chief Technology Officer of PFSweb.

"PFSweb warehouses, manages and fulfills an impressive $1 billion annually in client merchandise and transactions, including billing and collection services, as well as integrated reverse logistics programs. It is obvious that this alliance should prove to be a mutually beneficial and dynamic resource for PFSweb clients."
