eBay is holding a 1-penny sale on two optional features for 3 days this week. Sellers may opt to use the Gallery feature and the Gift Services feature on listings on the U.S. site for an additional one cent during the promotion. Normal insertion fees and Final Value Fees will apply.

Gallery fees for regular auction-style listings, fixed price listings, eBay Motors non-vehicles listings, Real Estate listings and Store Inventory listings for all listing durations will be $0.01 on the U.S. site (www.ebay.com).

Gift Services fees for regular auction-style listings and fixed price listings for all listing durations will be $0.01 on the U.S. site (www.ebay.com).

The promotion is designed to jump-start holiday sales and runs November 12-14, 2002, on the U.S. site only.

In related news, eBay said over the next few weeks it will introduce enhancements to the Outbid Notice, Bid Confirmation and List Confirmation emails to make them easier to use and provide information that members have been asking for.
