Sell2All Inc. has acquired the assets of Bidmix.com, an Internet marketplace for international trade. Sell2All provides liquidation services for surplus inventory and customer return assets using Internet marketplaces including eBay, Hollywood Direct, Closeout Headquarters, Half.com, Amazon.com and NetworkMegaMart.com.

Sell2All will integrate the Bidmix.com marketplace into Sell2All's selling strategies for moving large volumes of merchandise efficiently. Bidmix.com publishes international trade content, using proprietary trade tools to notify members as new trade leads are posted daily.

Sell2All will move Bidmix.com operations from Silicon Valley to its offices in Lincoln, Nebraska.
