eBay announced that its Selling Manager is now available to U.S. and Canadian users. eBay Selling Manager is an online sales management tool that helps sellers manage their eBay listings and transactions. The tool requires the use of eBay's new free bulk listing tool, Turbo Lister, to upload listings to eBay.
eBay Selling Manager is accessed online from the Selling tab of My eBay. The service is offered with a free 30-Day trial. After the trial period, there is a monthly subscription fee of $4.99 for U.S. users and C$7.50 for Canadian users.
The tool includes fully customizable email templates; allows sellers to print professional labels and invoices; allows sellers to relist items in bulk and view a snapshot of all pending, active, and sold listings. eBay Selling Manager will eventually replace Seller's Assistant Basic, which will continue to be available and fully supported until at least the Spring of 2003.
In September, eBay released Turbo Lister, a desktop software program that creates and launches listings on eBay. Turbo Lister is free to download. Use of the software's scheduling tool will incur a 10-cent fee. It will replace eBay's Mister Lister tool in the new year.
