Reading AuctionBytes: Online Auction Site BidWay Begins Charging for Image Hosting
BidWay announced that as of December 16, users must pay for BidWay's image-hosting service based on new pricing plans. BidWay offers members a free 5 MB plan for use with BidWay/AuctionDiner listings, but members must choose a paid service if they are using the images in eBay auctions.
BidWay is owned by George Tannous, who started online auction site BidBay in 1999 and subsequently changed its name to AuctionDiner after an eBay lawsuit.
