eBay and SquareTrade will host an online workshop from 1-3 pm PST on Monday February 24. The workshop, entitled, "SquareTrade's Dispute Resolution Service ," will provide information to eBay members as to how they can resolve disputes should the unfortunate situation arise. The workshop will also cover the basics of negative feedback removal through SquareTrade's Online Dispute Resolution Service.
SquareTrade is eBay's preferred dispute resolution provider. Employees from SquareTrade be available to answer questions during the discussion.
Workshops are hosted in discussion threads on the Workshops Board. To get to the Workshops Board, first go to eBay.com, click "Community", then under "Talk", click "Discussion Boards" in the Navigation Bar. Scroll down, and you'll find the link to the threaded Workshops Board on the right side of the page.
