FairMarket to Work with Ad Agencies on Custom Online Programs for Clients

FairMarket Inc., a leading provider of online auction and promotional solutions, announced an initiative to provide its platform to advertising, promotional and marketing agencies as a way of enabling them to deliver customized and innovative online programs to their clients.
The initiative is designed to enable agencies to offer auctions and a wide range of promotional solutions that agencies can use to help clients create fun, innovative, interactive and customized marketing programs that can help increase sales, engage customers and build or enhance a customer database. FairMarket said it is experienced in working closely with a wide variety of agencies and partners including Digitas, Draft Worldwide, Carlson Marketing Group, Euro RSCG Circle, Think 360and VML to deliver client programs.
Last April, FairMarket was awarded an exclusive deal to run eBay loyalty marketing programs for third parties. In its recent SEC filing, FairMarket reported that its growing relationship with advertising agencies has had a positive impact on the company, bringing in such signature accounts as Dr. Pepper/Seven Up, Inc., Kellogg's, American Express, H.J. Heinz, and in the U.K, De Vere Group and the Bertlesman Group. The total contract value of all deals executed in the fourth quarter was approximately $1.6 million. eBay has a strategic equity investment in FairMarket.
