eBay said its promotional offer for users registering for its annual convention ends on Tuesday. The company is offering a 2-for-1 offer to members who wish to attend its eBay Live 2003 conference in June. Normal registration is $60, but those registering before April 15 can "bring a friend for free."

eBay Live 2003 is the company's second annual user convention where attendees can take classes, visit an exhibit hall where vendors demonstrate their products and services, and attend speeches by eBay executives. Last year's conference proved popular with users who were eager to meet acquaintances and eBay employees with whom they had only interacted online.

This year's event for online auction users takes place in Orlando, Florida, June 26-28.
