ChannelAdvisor Corporation released a new version of its self-service marketplace management software, ChannelAdvisor Merchant. The product, which debuted in mid-March, is designed to give mid-size businesses and top-tier "powersellers" an automated way to manage and grow sales on eBay and other online marketplaces.
The new release adds significant functionality to automate processes for companies using accounting package QuickBooks and fulfillment carriers such as UPS Worldship and FedEx. In addition, advanced scheduling enhancements and the automation of eBay's Second Chance offer feature is included in this release.
Key enhancements in this release include: Direct support for Accounting and Fulfillment Systems; Advanced Scheduling; and Personal Offer. These new features build on ChannelAdvisor Merchant's core platform tailored for companies selling in excess of $20,000 per month via online marketplaces, including support for multiple users with different roles and permissions, inventory control, integrated payment processing and robust performance reporting.
