eBay will offer several optional features to sellers for half-price for 2 days on its U.S. site from May 28-29, 2003. The Highlight, Featured Plus! and Gallery Featured fees will be reduced 50% for listings running those days. Listings created prior to May 28, 2003 and scheduled to start during the promotional period will be eligible for the promotional rate.
For Regular Auction-Style, Fixed Price and Real Estate listings, the fees for Highlight, Featured Plus! and Gallery Featured will be 50% off. For Store Inventory listings, the fee for Highlight will also be 50% off for all listing durations. For Stores Good 'Til Cancelled duration, the 50% off fee for Highlight will only be applied to the first 30-day cycle. (Featured Plus! and Gallery Featured are not offered for Store Inventory listings.)
The promotion does not apply to eBay Motors vehicles and non-vehicles, International, Live Auction and Professional Services listings. All other fees will still be charged. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to May 28, 2003, including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period, May 28-29, 2003 but scheduled to start after May 29, 2003. If you choose to List in two Categories, the standard insertion and listing upgrade fees for listing in the second category will still apply.
