The Online Auction Users Association (OAUA) is calling a special meeting of members to discuss the feasibility of continuing operations of the organization of online auction users. Citing "current situations and lack of participation," the Board of Directors announced the meeting to consider disbanding the association.

The meeting is scheduled in the OAUA Chat Board Room at 5 p.m. PDT on Monday, June 16, 2003. A vote will be held following the meeting to give all members the opportunity to make a decision on this issue. According to the provisions of Chapter 22 of Indiana Code 23-17-22, the issue will be determined by the majority of the votes cast.

Those unable to attend the meeting may vote between 5 PM PDT on June 16 and midnight PDT June 21 via online ballot at: http://www.auctionusers.org/vote
