iPIX Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Ford Oxaal and Minds-Eye-View

Internet Pictures Corporation (iPIX) filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee against Minds-Eye-View, Inc. and Ford Oxaal for infringement of U.S. Patent No. 5,185,667, now RE 36,207 due to the recent release of Oxaal's Click Away product.
Additionally, iPIX has filed a motion for preliminary injunction against Minds-Eye-View, Inc. and Ford Oxaal to cease infringing iPIX' patent and to cease making false and misleading descriptions and representations in commerce.
iPIX provides mission-critical imaging solutions for commerce, communication and security applications. The Company's solutions create, process and manage a rich variety of media including still images, 360-degree by 360-degree immersive images, video, text and audio. iPIX is the provider of eBay Picture Services.
