eBay is holding a sale on fixed-price seller fees on the U.S. site on June 19-20, 2003. All insertion fees for Fixed Price listings will be 50% off. In addition, Buy It Now (BIN) options on Auction-Style listings will be free. All other fees will still be charged. Live Auction, International, Motors Vehicles, Real Estate, Ad Format, Professional Services and Store Inventory listings are excluded from the promotion.
eBay requires certain minimum feedback in order to use the Fixed Price and Bin options. Sellers must have a feedback rating of 10 or more or be "ID Verified" to create fixed price listings. ID Verified establishes a user's identity through Verisign and costs users $5.
